What data is processed

To serve the pages, the server technically receives the IP address and the data sent by the browser. This site does not keep visit logs with that data.

If you email us, we will process your address and what you tell us only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent when writing to us and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. We will keep the conversation for as long as needed to handle it and for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data by writing to dpo@ecomverify.email. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

If you use ecomverify, veshops or any contracted service, the ecomverify.com privacy policy or the one stated in your contract applies.
