Systems integration
Connecting marketplaces, shops, ERPs, banks, public authorities and internal applications through their official APIs, with revocable permissions, a log of every call and quota control.
We connect sales platforms, business systems, machines and public authorities; we unify their data on our own infrastructure and turn it into dashboards, alerts and reports available on desktop and mobile.
Six lines of work that we combine in every project. All of them stem from systems we develop and run in production for our own platforms.
Connecting marketplaces, shops, ERPs, banks, public authorities and internal applications through their official APIs, with revocable permissions, a log of every call and quota control.
A common data model for heterogeneous sources: normalisation, validation, history and traceability, so that every figure can be traced back to its origin.
Custom indicators and dashboards (sales, margins, costs, stock, performance) with period and channel filters, automatic alerts and exportable reports.
Capturing data from machines, sensors and plant systems to measure availability, performance, energy use and downtime, and to anticipate maintenance.
Bringing artificial intelligence into real processes: layers of in-house knowledge, document reading, multichannel support and on-premises hardware when data must not leave.
Web and mobile applications for Android and iPhone, and optimisation of existing software: performance, process automation and less manual work.
Every project follows the same path, from source to indicator. What changes is what gets connected and what needs to be seen.
Each source is connected through its official interface or a gateway, using the customer's own credentials.
Sources are translated into a common model: same units, same dates, same currency and no duplicates.
Indicators are calculated, deviations are detected and AI classifies and summarises incoming information.
Dashboards in the browser and on mobile, alerts when something goes off track and reports for management.
A single dashboard brings together what is currently spread across platforms, spreadsheets and plant systems. Each indicator is defined with the company's management and shows where its figure comes from.
Illustration with fictitious data. The indicators of each dashboard are defined with each company.
We connect machines, sensors and plant systems to record their status, output and energy use in real time. That data is combined with orders, costs and schedules to measure what each line really delivers.
The result is available on the dashboard and on the manager's phone, with alerts when a machine stops or loses performance.

We help companies bring AI in where it adds value: repetitive processes, internal queries, documents that need reading and filing, customer service. First we measure where time is lost; then we roll it out in phases, with verifiable results.
The AI works on the company's own knowledge, organised in layers, and connects to the systems already in place. When data must not leave the organisation, we set up the hardware on premises.
A tax and operations assistant we developed, in daily use at Ticdat Consulting. It runs on our GPU servers, answers through every channel with a single engine and passes what it does not know to a person.
If a specific task is better handled by an external model, its use is limited to that task and expressly agreed with the customer.
We are registered developers on the platforms we work with. These integrations are built and in use in our systems:
Dashed border: the integration is built and awaiting the platform's approval or the move to production.
What we build runs on our own servers in Spain: applications, databases, email, telephony and artificial intelligence. Backups are encrypted and stored in the European Union.
Besides custom projects, we run our own platforms in production. They are the technical foundation of what we offer.
Tell us which systems you use, what information you want to connect and which decisions you need to make with it. We reply with a specific, phased proposal.
